Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities and manage customer relationships across Pune and Maharashtra. The candidate should have experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in SMT equipment, electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly or industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and approach OEMs, EMS companies and electronics manufacturers.
- Promote and sell SMT machines, electronics manufacturing equipment and related solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable technical solutions.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, commercial negotiations and purchase orders.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor competitors and market opportunities.
- Travel across Pune and Maharashtra for customer visits.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or related discipline preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B technical sales or industrial sales.
- Experience in SMT / EMS / PCB / Electronics Manufacturing is preferred.
- Positive communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers independently.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
