A 35+ year-old, founder-led luxury furniture brand known for custom-designed pieces and impeccable craftsmanship is entering its next phase of growth. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of marketing, from strategy and creative to PR, collaborations and digital.

What you'll do

- Build and drive the marketing strategy across digital, print, PR, events and collaborations
- Own the brand's visual identity and tone of voice at every touchpoint
- Plan the content calendar across social media, website, email and WhatsApp
- Lead PR, design press relationships, brand events, and collaborations with designers, architects and influencers
- Manage the annual marketing budget, vendors and agencies
- Set KPIs, track analytics, and work with Sales to turn leads into conversions

What you bring

- 5+ years in marketing across strategy,



brand and execution, ideally in design, lifestyle or luxury
- Experience owning a brand's marketing function end-to-end
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Solid written and spoken English, plus basic Hindi
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong project management skills
- Bonus: Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop, AI tools, phone photography and videography
