Responsibilities:-
- Area Mapping: Regularly survey your assigned local market to spot high-potential pockets (e.g., local markets, small business hubs, or residential clusters).
- Daily Activity Targets: Commit to meeting a minimum number of recent walk-in or field prospects daily (often tracking metrics via a Daily Sales Report / DSR).
- Cold Calling & Networking: Proactively reach out to past customers, local pawn brokers, jewellers, or micro-entrepreneurs who may need immediate working capital.
- Cross-Selling: Use gold loan touchpoints to introduce customers to other retail banking or NBFC products (like personal loans, savings accounts, or swipe/QR machines).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
