We are looking for a agile, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between brand promotion and revenue generation—generating quality leads, nurturing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B/B2C clients through inbound and outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking).
- Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, and negotiate terms to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and track digital and local marketing initiatives, social media outreach, and promotional events.
- Market Research:



Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales metrics in our CRM system, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Customer Retention: Provide post-sales follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,999.00 per month
