Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Counsellor – Overseas Education to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in overseas education, study-abroad counselling, or education sales.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing expert guidance on international study opportunities, managing the admission process, and converting prospective students into successful admissions while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on student leads received through various marketing channels.

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.

Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable study-abroad options.

Guide students through the complete admission process, from initial counselling to university application and offer letter.

Assist students with application documentation and coordinate with universities and internal teams.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate lead records, student databases, and follow-up reports in the CRM.





Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counselling experience.

Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and admission processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in Overseas Education, Study Abroad Counselling, or Education Sales.

Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong student counselling, negotiation, and conversion skills.

Valuable knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes.

Ability to manage multiple student enquiries and applications simultaneously.

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
