We are hiring an experienced Dosa Master for our pure vegetarian restaurant in Angamaly.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dosa varieties (plain, masala, ghee roast, set dosa, uttapam, etc.) with consistent taste and quality
- Prepare batter, sambar, chutneys, masala and maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the dosa counter
- Work in coordination with the kitchen team during peak hours
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a South Indian or vegetarian restaurant
- Rapid, consistent and clean working style
- Willing to work in shifts
We offer
Salary: ₹1100 - ₹1300 per day (based on experience)
Food and accommodation provided
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
