2. Pre-Sales Executive (Telecalling – Real Estate)

The role

You are the first voice a customer hears from Amodha. You handle our inbound leads from Meta and WhatsApp campaigns, qualify them, and turn interested buyers into site visits and virtual meetings for the sales team.

What you’ll do

Call every new inbound lead promptly and explain the project details

Verify and qualify leads: budget, purpose, location preference, timeline and decision-maker

Book site visits and Zoom/Google Meet calls for the sales team

Follow up persistently through calls and WhatsApp; don’t give up after a couple of unanswered calls

Send project brochures, location details and reminders on WhatsApp

Re-engage older leads that went cold





Log every call, status and next step in the CRM

Share a daily report of calls made, leads qualified and visits booked

What we’re looking for

6 months to 3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience; real estate preferred

Fluent Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus

Clear, confident and polite on the phone

Disciplined about follow-ups and comfortable with high call volumes

Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus

Graduate preferred
