Job Overview

We are looking for Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to join our growing team at MrMed, an online pharmacy. The role involves handling customer queries, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing post-sales support and resolving customer concerns through voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, product information and service requests.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Provide timely updates on order status, delivery and other customer requirements.
- Manage non-voice communication through chat, email or other support channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.




- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or customer service preferred.
- Experience in voice and non-voice processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.
- Valuable listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates from e-commerce, online pharmacy, healthcare or BPO backgrounds preferred.
