We are looking for a smart, confident, well-presented and fluent English-speaking professional to lead school outreach, build relationships with school management, and promote our competitive exam preparation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools across Karnal and nearby areas to meet principals, directors and school management.
- Build strong professional relationships with schools and establish collaboration opportunities.
- Present our IIT-JEE, NEET and competitive exam preparation programmes to school authorities.
- Coordinate and conduct free or planned student assessment tests, scholarship tests and test series in schools.
- Organise student seminars, career guidance sessions, academic assessments and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with school staff to schedule examinations and manage student participation.
- Follow up with school management to develop long-term institutional partnerships.
- Maintain records of school visits, meetings, student participation and leads generated.
- Represent the organisation professionally at all times.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Smart,



confident personality with professional presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting school principals, directors and senior management.
- Strong coordination, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
- Prior experience in school marketing, education counselling, admissions or corporate sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills may also apply.
