We are looking for passionate and observant students pursuing Psychology, Child Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related fields to participate in an IIT-based education and child-development project. The project will provide an opportunity to interact directly with kindergarten students, understand their learning and behavioral patterns, and contribute to a structured project report.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend a 1-day training session before starting the project with IIT Delhi.
- Interact and engage with kindergarten/early-age students in a classroom workplace.
- Observe students' behavior, communication, participation, and learning patterns.
- Conduct activities/interactions as per the project guidelines.
- Maintain structured observations and field notes.
- Coordinate with the project team and submit reports within the given timeline.

Pursuing/Graduated students from:

- Child Psychology
- Psychology
- Early Childhood Education
- Education / Special Education

Project Duration

10 -15 days





1 Day Training will be provided by IIT Delhi before the project begins.

Stipend

As per industry standards

Travelling costs will be reimbursed.

Project Locations

Possible locations may include: Mumbai, Vadodara, Surat, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Odisha, Guwahati, Patna.
