Raisso (US-based healthcare staffing company), is looking for an experienced Process Trainer for its healthcare recruitment/staffing team. The position is fully remote and based in India.

Skills & Competencies:

- Comprehensive understanding of US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment.
- Experience in cross-functional operations, training, and process management.
- Knowledge of recruitment workflows, quality auditing, and compliance management.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, coordination, and escalation management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Overall Role Expectation:





The individual should have a 360-degree understanding of the US Healthcare Staffing business and be capable of providing support across all major operational domains, including Recruitment, Account Management, Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, Candidate Onboarding, and Compliance.
