- large scale high rise projects, residential & commercial high rise projects design & development,
- Master planning and designing in line with UDCPR
- Co-ordination with consultants, client, site.
- Prepare presentations
- GFC
- Well verse in UDCPR norms and NBC
- Environmental clearances
- MEP, RCC coordination experience
- Fire norms
- Execution of project from scratch to finish
- Strong communication skills, strong ability to work independently
- Adaptability, willingness to learn
- Leadership skills
- Readiness to comply with the company protocols and workflows

Job Type: Full time MONDAY TO SATURDAY

2ND AND 4TH SATURDAY IS HALF DAY

Experience: total work: 8-10 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
