Requirement

- Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies

- Advanced certifications like CCNP/CCIE, CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure, ITIL

- Expertise in Cybersecurity, Networking, Mobility; knowledge of adjacent domains .

- Ability to design/document HLDs, LLDs, SOWs, and validate solutions .

- Capability to engage partners, customers, vendors, and mentor engineers .

- Solid communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:

- Architect end-to-end solutions to meet business and technical needs.

- Provide technical leadership during delivery, guiding teams and ensuring design adherence.

- Manage critical escalations, validate solutions, and ensure customer confidence.

- Continuously upgrade knowledge of Networking, Mobility, and Cybersecurity technologies.

- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, PMs, and OEMs to align SLAs and mentor engineers.
