Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Generative AI (Gen AI) Trainer to deliver technical training on Generative AI, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications to college students. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, a strong interest in artificial intelligence, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

The role involves conducting practical training sessions, guiding students through hands-on AI projects, and helping them understand how Generative AI technologies can be applied to real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Generative AI and its real-world applications.
- Explain AI fundamentals, machine learning basics, and the concepts behind Generative AI.
- Teach prompt engineering techniques for generating accurate and useful outputs from AI models.
- Introduce large language models (LLMs), their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.
- Provide hands-on training using AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other relevant Generative AI tools.
- Introduce Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and AI-powered question-answering applications.
- Guide students in building AI-powered chatbots, content generation applications, and productivity tools.
- Introduce Python programming and relevant libraries used in Generative AI application development.
- Explain AI APIs and demonstrate how to integrate AI models into basic applications.
- Teach responsible AI practices, including output validation, privacy awareness, bias, and ethical considerations.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and project reviews to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare training materials, demonstrations,



project ideas, and structured lesson plans.
- Help students develop problem-solving skills and prepare for AI-related technical interviews and career opportunities.
- Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana according to the training schedule.
- Coordinate with internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, project progress, and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and commonly used Generative AI tools.
- Basic Python programming knowledge.
- Understanding of LLMs and their practical applications.
- Interest in learning AI APIs, RAG, embeddings, and AI application development.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly using practical examples.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with college students.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
