- Job Description – Company Driver

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely drive company vehicles for official duties and assignments.
- Pick up and drop off employees, guests, and materials as assigned.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, engine oil, brakes, tyres, and other essential components.
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of daily travel, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle servicing.
- Follow all traffic regulations, road safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials whenever required.
- Immediately report vehicle breakdowns, defects, accidents, or other issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition and ready for official use.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, confidentiality, and qualified behaviour while on duty.
