Trusbee is a Patna-based care service recognized under the Bihar Startup Policy. Families book our trained, police-verified helpers, called Bees, for hospital visits, elderly care and urgent help through the Trusbee app or WhatsApp.

Role Overview

We are looking for caring and experienced attendants to look after a patient’s daily needs from start to finish, in hospital or at home, so the family can rest easy.

Responsibilities

- Provide complete bedside care, including helping the patient sit, turn, stand and walk safely
- Assist with washroom needs, including bedpan or urinal use, diaper changing and cleaning up afterward
- Help with sponge bathing, dressing, changing clothes and grooming
- Help with feeding and drinking water
- Keep the patient’s bed, linen, clothes and surroundings clean, tidy and hygienic
- Change bed sheets and manage the patient’s laundry and belongings




- Give company and emotional support, especially to elderly or anxious patients
- Watch the patient and inform the nurse and family right away about any pain, discomfort or change in condition
- Follow Trusbee’s PIN-based visit process and wear the uniform and ID
- Never handle a customer’s cash, cards or valuables, and never give medicines

Requirements

- Minimum 10th pass
- Minimum 6 months of experience in patient care, bedside care or attendant work
- Patient, honest, punctual and physically fit to lift and support patients
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
