Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Student Counsellors who can guide aspiring students in choosing the right academic pathway abroad. As part of the UGE team, you will act as a key advisor in helping students make informed decisions about study destinations, courses, and universities—primarily in Singapore,Mauritius,China, UK, Europe, and beyond.

Your role includes evaluating student profiles, suggesting suitable study options, and providing complete guidance throughout the admission and visa process. You will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and assess the academic background, interests, and career goals of each student.
- Recommend appropriate courses, universities, and countries based on the student’s profile and budget.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about universities, courses, fee structures, scholarships, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with students through phone, WhatsApp, or in-person interactions.
- Guide students through the entire admission process including application, offer letters, tuition fee payment, and visa preparation.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as processing, documentation, and visa departments to ensure timely application handling.
- Convert walk-in, call-in, and web-based leads into enrolled students.
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention through quality counselling.
- Maintain records and update CRM or other software tools as per company process.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on closures.
- Prior experience in overseas education counselling (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
