We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, corporate branding, product launches, and advertisements.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, hands-on experience with professional camera equipment and editing software, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life from storyboarding to final post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production & Planning

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm video concepts, script outlines, and storyboards.

Plan shot lists, logistics, set locations, lighting setups, and talent requirements.

Maintain and prepare camera gear, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment prior to shoots.

2. Video Production & Filming

Operate skilled video cameras, lighting setups, gimbals, and audio recording gear during studio and field shoots.

Direct talent or interviewees on set to capture natural, engaging performances.

Capture high-quality video footage, b-roll, and crisp audio across various indoor and outdoor settings.

3. Post-Production & Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for specific platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, TV, etc.).

Apply color grading, sound mixing, audio cleanup, motion graphics, and visual effects where needed.





Format and export video files into required dimensions, aspect ratios, and compression formats.

4. Asset Management & Collaboration

Organize, catalog, and archive raw and final video assets securely.

Stay updated on video trends, emerging tools, and social media formats to continually elevate visual content quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Fresher To 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience (portfolio or showreel required).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

Familiarity with motion graphics/effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

In-depth knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, audio capture, color grading, and framing techniques.

Soft Skills:

Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

Experience with drone operation/aerial videography (FAA Remote Pilot / local license is a plus).

Basic photography and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom).

Experience creating short-form vertical videos for social media (Instagram , facebook, Youtube,--Reels, shorts )

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
