Position: HR Executive

Job Locations: Kollam & Koothattukulam

Experience: 2+ years of relevant HR experience

Qualification: MBA – HR

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Accommodation

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and proactive HR Executives who can independently manage HR operations across assigned branches. The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and other HR generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities for assigned branches.
- Handle recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and related HR processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and general HR activities.




- Coordinate and manage HR operations across multiple branches.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned HR responsibilities.

Required Skills

Solid experience in Payroll, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, and HR Generalist activities.

Automobile industry experience is preferred.

- Should be energetic, proactive, and capable of independently handling HR responsibilities.
- Willingness to manage HR activities across multiple branches.
