Job Summary

JJ Bakers is looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager with strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily shift operations, supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth café functioning.
- Prepare and supervise coffee and other beverages as per JJ Bakers' quality standards.
- Train and guide baristas and other team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and wastage control.
- Handle billing, cash management, and shift reports.




- Achieve daily sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Mandatory: Relevant hands-on experience as a Barista.
- ITI Barista qualification or equivalent formal barista training/knowledge is essential.
- Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and café beverages.
- Previous experience in shift handling, team management, and café operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
