Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end store operations, ensure smooth service delivery, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely therapist assignments.
- Conduct daily team briefings and monitor performance, grooming, and grievances.
- Handle daily cash collection, petty cash, and expense management.
- Manage therapist and store staff rosters, attendance, and retention.
- Monitor machine health, maintenance,



and timely breakdown reporting.
- Improve appointment punctuality, reduce cancellations and rescheduling, and maintain high customer ratings.
- Handle customer complaints and improve NPS and service quality.
- Maintain store-level data, documentation, and communication.
- Track key operational KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and support quarterly performance evaluations.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, customer ratings/NPS, complaints, employee attrition, and absenteeism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
