Field Sales Executive

Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company based in Chennai. We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres.

This is a field-based role. You will spend most of your working days visiting procurement teams, store managers, and purchase decision-makers across Chennai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres across Chennai and nearby districts.
- Build relationships with procurement staff, store managers, and purchase decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate enquiries and coordinate with the inside sales team for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, encouraging repeat business.
- Report territory activity, sales pipeline, and competitor movements.

Location & Working Days

- Reporting Office: Medflow Innovations Private Limited, Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai.




- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- This is a field-based role, with most working hours spent visiting customers.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, surgical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or hospital supplies.
- Practical understanding of hospital purchasing processes, including procurement approvals, purchase orders, and factors affecting order conversion.
- Comfortable spending most of the working week in the field.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Fluent in English; Tamil preferred.
- Any graduate.

We value practical hospital sales experience over polished sales pitches.
