Job Description

Project Manager - Automotive Hardware / BMS
Experience: Preferably 8+ years overall with proven project leadership experience
Domain: Automotive ECU / BMS / Electronics Hardware Development
Key Responsibilities

- Manage automotive hardware/BMS projects covering scope, schedule, effort, cost, quality and delivery.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and resource requirements.
- Coordinate activities across Hardware, System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing and suppliers.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to committed milestones and customer expectations.
- Manage project risks, issue escalation, change requests and corrective actions.




- Conduct customer/stakeholder reviews and provide regular project status reporting.
- Drive timely delivery and support the project through development, validation and series release.

Required Skills

- Solid automotive electronics project-management experience.
- Understanding of the HW product development lifecycle.
- Experience in estimation, planning, resource management, risk management and delivery tracking.
- Strong customer/stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of BMS / automotive electronics / HW development is preferred.
