Job Title: Billing Staff

KMT Silks is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Staff member to handle daily billing operations at our textile showroom. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage billing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer bills accurately using the billing software.
- Process sales entries and ensure correct product details, quantities, and prices.
- Verify billing information before generating invoices.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Handle billing-related customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate billing records and daily sales reports.
- Ensure all billing activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom workplace.
- Previous billing experience in textiles or retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
