Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in HR / Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Language Requirements:
- Must be fluent in spoken English and Tamil.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills in both languages.
