The Chutney, Veg Restaurant Yercaud, is looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Cook to join our restaurant team.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian vegetarian dishes.
- Prepare idli, dosa, benne dosa, vada, poori, pongal, sambar, chutneys, and other South Indian dishes.
- Maintain consistent food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage ingredients, food preparation, and kitchen stock.
- Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other restaurant staff.

Requirements

- Previous experience in South Indian cooking preferred.
- Positive knowledge of South Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Ability to prepare food quickly while maintaining quality.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Job Location: The Chutney, Veg Restaurant Yercaud, Yercaud, Tamil Nadu.
