We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Billing Executive with strong experience in Tally ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, billing processes, and financial record-keeping while ensuring accuracy and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage invoices using Tally ERP
- Maintain accurate billing records and customer accounts
- Verify and reconcile billing data, receipts, and payments
- Coordinate with sales/operations teams for billing requirements
- Prepare billing reports and assist in month-end closing
- Handle GST entries, credit/debit notes, and related documentation
- Respond to customer queries regarding bills or payment status

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role
- Understanding of GST and basic accounting
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum qualification: GRADUATE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
