Business Development Executive – Contractual Staffing

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for contractual staffing and manpower services.

- Identify and approach companies requiring contractual workforce.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, factories, industries and other businesses.

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, LinkedIn and market research.

- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.

- Prior experience in contractual staffing or manpower outsourcing is preferred.

- Strong client acquisition, negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to generate business independently and convert leads into clients.

- Must have a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
