La Quanta Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Engineer for industrial automation, robotics and AI vision. You will sell to manufacturers in Pune and nearby industrial areas (Chakan, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad), with occasional travel across India.

What you will do:

- Find and follow up on leads for automation, robotics and AI vision projects

- Visit plants, understand the customer's process and problem, and work with our engineers on the right solution

- Prepare quotations and technical proposals, and follow them through to orders

- Build and keep good relationships with plant, maintenance, quality and purchase teams

- Meet sales targets and find new customers and new business

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years in technical sales of industrial automation, robotics, machine vision or similar, or a strong engineering background and a wish to move into sales

- Interest in robotics and AI,



and the ability to explain them in easy terms to plant teams

- Knowledge of PLC and SCADA is useful but not required; we will explain it as needed

- Willingness to travel to customer sites, mostly in Pune and nearby areas and sometimes across India

- Good communication in English and Hindi
