Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining talent pipelines for multiple functions, posting and updating job descriptions, and leveraging recruitment platforms and social channels to attract qualified applicants. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and contribute to improving hiring practices and candidate experience.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases and referrals.
- Source candidates through social media and approved recruitment partners.
- Screen candidates against role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification.
- Assess communication and basic role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with ORN interview panels.
- Maintain candidate status in the recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates.
- Drive offer acceptance.
- Follow up until joining.
- Maintain candidate information accurately.
- Capture current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
- Maintain interview feedback.
- Ensure no duplicate candidate calling.
- Maintain one recruiter owner for every candidate.
- Provide daily recruitment updates.

- The previously defined recruiter productivity benchmark is:
- 40–50 profiles sourced/day
- 20–25 profiles screened/day
- 8–10 interviews/day
- 2–3 selections/day
- 1–2 offers/day
- 70%+ joining

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
