Job Summary

U Fly International Aviation Academy is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding aviation and related career programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' career interests, explaining suitable courses, handling admissions enquiries, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Explain the academy's admission process and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and management teams.
- Assist students with the application and enrollment process.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Meet individual and team admission/enrollment targets.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Address student and parent concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding enquiries, follow-ups,



and admissions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Education, Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or any relevant field.
- Diploma/Certificate in Counseling, Aviation, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication and counseling skills may also be considered.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, educational sales, admissions, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the education/aviation sector may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and student-friendly approach.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to achieve admission/enrollment targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Confident and qualified personality.

- Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Experience in an aviation academy, educational institution, training institute, or career counseling organization will be an advantage.
- Should be target-oriented and willing to work as part of a team.

Salary

- ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
