Position: E-commerce & Digital Marketing Operations Executive

About Us

YAZHTHINAI GREENERY PRIVATE LIMITED deals in spices, millets, nuts and other agricultural products for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Management

* Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

* Create and update product listings, images, descriptions, SKUs and stock details.

* Monitor listing errors, orders and seller dashboard notifications.

2. B2B & Website Management

* Maintain product listings on IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other relevant B2B platforms.

* Update the company website, product catalogue and enquiry information.

* Track and record incoming buyer enquiries.

3. Daily Product & Price Updates

* Update product availability, grades, specifications and approved prices.

* Maintain daily master price lists and platform-wise price update records.

* Coordinate with the management before making price changes.

* Ensure product details and prices remain consistent across platforms.

4. Social Media Management

* Manage Instagram,



Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Create product posters, reels, videos and captions.

5. Admin & Reporting

* Maintain Excel/Google Sheets product databases.

* Prepare daily activity and price revision reports.

* Track leads, stock updates and product listing status.

Required Skills

* 1–3 years of relevant experience.

* Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

* Experience with B2B portals such as IndiaMART or TradeIndia.

* Canva, basic video editing and social media management.

* Website product updates and Excel/Google Sheets.

* Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible, multi-skilled professional who can manage e-commerce listings, daily pricing updates, social media and online business operations.
