Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and respond to leads generated through marketing campaigns on social media and other platforms.

2. Make outbound calls to leads to verify their interest and qualify them as genuine leads.

3. Assign qualified leads to sales associates and ensure a smooth handover.

4. Maintain accurate records of leads, including contact information, lead status, and communication history, using Excel or other tools.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve lead quality.

6. Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification targets.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in lead qualification, sales, or marketing.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to make outbound calls and engage with leads professionally and courteously.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

5.



Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
