Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Design Team Leader to lead our 3D Interior Design team and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality residential interior design projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, material selection, lighting, and detailing, along with proven team management and project coordination skills. The candidate must be capable of leading designers, maintaining design standards, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and supervise the 3D Design Team.
- Allocate projects and monitor individual team members' performance and timelines.
- Review 3D models, renders, and presentations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Guide team members on design concepts, materials, lighting, furniture, and detailing.
- Ensure all designs meet company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with 2D, Design, Sales, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Manage design revisions and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Train, mentor, and support junior designers.
- Handle multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of residential interior design, materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in 3D Interior Design.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling or leadership experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential interior designs and 3D renders is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience leading a 3D Interior Design team.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end residential interior design projects.
- Ability to independently manage team deliverables and maintain quality standards.
