Position Summary -

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, account handling, promotions, order management, and sales growth strategies for the Smart Pack brand.

Key Responsibilities -

● Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts on a daily basis.

● Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.

● Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock availability.

● Handle promotions, advertising campaigns, and marketplace deals.

● Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

● Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.

● Resolve customer issues, returns, and account-related queries.





● Maintain account health metrics and marketplace compliance.

● Identify opportunities to improve sales and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

● Experience in handling Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

● Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.

● Good understanding of product listing optimization and online sales.

● Basic Excel and reporting skills.

● Robust communication and coordination abilities.

● Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce marketplace management is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
