Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team at Anand. The candidate will be responsible for managing loan collections, following up with customers for overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and collect pending EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan installments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers for timely repayments.
- Identify and handle payment-related issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily collection reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.




- Coordinate with the branch team regarding collection activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field collection or loan recovery.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with fieldwork and customer visits.
- Must have knowledge of the local area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
