About Us Big Pitcher is one of Bangalore’s premier hospitality and craft brewing destinations. We are looking for an energetic and communicative Telemarketing Executive to join our team and serve as the voice of our brand, helping us drive guest footfall, secure corporate event bookings, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Role Summary You will be responsible for handling a 360-degree telecalling role. This includes managing inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out for outbound lead generation, and following up with past guests. Whether you are helping a guest book a weekend table or pitching our venues for a corporate party, you will play a direct role in driving our daily business.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming calls for table reservations, general inquiries, and event bookings while making proactive outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and past guests.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch our food, beverage, and event packages to drive bulk bookings, corporate get-togethers, and private parties.
- Guest Follow-Up:



Reach out to previous guests to gather feedback, communicate upcoming promotions, and encourage repeat visits.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of guest interactions, reservations, and corporate leads in the CRM/booking system.
- Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with the floor operations and management teams to ensure all specific guest requests and event details are communicated clearly.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English to effectively communicate with our diverse guest base.
- Skills: Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and a confident, polite speaking voice.
- Attributes: Goal-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling high call volumes with a positive attitude.
