Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging activities as per approved specifications and SOPs.

Verify line clearance before starting manufacturing and packaging operations.

Ensure compliance with BMR, BPR, SOPs, GMP and GDP requirements.

Check environmental conditions, equipment cleanliness, status labels and line identification, wherever applicable.

Monitor critical process parameters and verify entries in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

Perform and document in-process checks such as appearance, weight variation, fill volume, sealing, coding, leak test and other applicable checks as per product requirements.

Ensure proper handling, identification and segregation of rejected, recovered and in-process materials, wherever applicable.

Report any deviation, non-conformance,



discrepancy or abnormality to the QA supervisor/manager and initiate documentation as per SOP.

Verify reconciliation of printed packaging materials and other applicable materials as per approved procedures.

Ensure proper documentation practices, data integrity and timely completion of QA records.

Coordinate with Production, QC and other concerned departments for quality-related issues.

Participate in investigations, CAPA implementation, internal audits and regulatory/customer audit activities, as assigned.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and gowning requirements in the production area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
