Requirement: Senior Project Manager – Construction & External Development

Looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following qualifications:

1. Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in construction and project execution.

2. Must have hands-on experience in external development, MEP services and plotted township development.

3. Strong technical knowledge of civil works, roads and finishing works.

4. Must be highly proficient in contractor billing, BOQ verification, quantity checks and identifying discrepancies in contractor claims.

5. Ability to independently lead a team of 15–16 people and manage multiple contractors, vendors and consultants.

6. Experience managing large site operations involving approximately 150–200 labourers.

7. Solid command over project planning, scheduling, procurement coordination and timely material deliveries.

8. Must ensure execution quality, cost control, site discipline and timely project completion.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can take complete ownership of site execution and independently drive the project from planning to completion.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
