Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team at CARS Finserv. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain financial products, including business loans, home loans, personal loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with interested customers to move applications forward.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the company database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation,



and performance targets.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, customer service, and financial products.
