We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team at The Crust (Lipvik Food Products Private Limited). The candidate will be responsible for attending customers, handling counter sales, processing billing, and maintaining excellent customer service. Salary offered will be ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and assist them in selecting bakery and café products.
- Handle counter sales and customer inquiries.
- Generate bills and manage cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Maintain product display and ensure the counter is well-organized.
- Check product availability, freshness, and expiry dates.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback politely.
- Coordinate with the outlet team for stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sales counter.




- Support daily sales targets and outlet operations.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic billing and computer knowledge.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in Bakery, Café, Retail, or Food Industry will be preferred.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational / Fixed Day Shift
