Devi Cinemas is seeking an experienced Manager – Food & Beverage (Concessions) to lead the launch and daily operations of its cinema concession business.

Responsibilities:

- Lead concession setup, takeover and launch operations.
- Recruit, train and manage the F&B; team.
- Maintain service quality, food hygiene and safety.
- Manage budgets, operating costs, sales and profitability.
- Develop food and beverage combos to increase sales.
- Monitor inventory and overall outlet performance.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of F&B; experience.
- At least 2 years managing a team and outlet operations.
- Tamil fluency and working knowledge of English.
- Strong leadership, budgeting and operational skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
