Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real EstateIndustry: Real Estate / Residential & Commercial PlottingExperience: 2–5 Years (Plotting Experience Preferred)Location: Zirakpur / Mohali / Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Generate leads through references, walk-ins, calling and networking.
- Explain residential and commercial plotting projects, pricing and payment plans.
- Arrange and coordinate client site visits for plot inspections.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and booking objectives.





Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Must have experience in residential and commercial plotting projects.
- Positive knowledge of plot sizes, rates, payment plans and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
