- Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, loading, and positioning heavy materials, machinery, steel structures, and ship components.
- Select and use appropriate lifting gear, including wire ropes, slings, shackles, hooks, chain blocks, and other rigging accessories.
- Inspect lifting tools and rigging equipment before use and report any damaged or defective equipment to the supervisor.
- Attach and secure loads properly to ensure safe lifting and transportation.
- Assist crane operators during lifting operations using standard hand signals and radio communication.
- Guide crane operators to position loads accurately and safely at the designated locations.
- Ensure that loads are properly balanced and secured before lifting.
- Assist in lifting and positioning steel plates, pipes, structural components, machinery, and other shipyard materials.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
