Job Description

Vitthal Waterproofing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Tender Manager who can independently handle end-to-end tendering activities along with sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and generating current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and search for relevant government and private-sector tenders.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle end-to-end tendering processes, including online submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and other tender-related documents.
- Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
- Visit potential clients and promote the company's waterproofing services.




- Follow up with clients to convert leads into business.
- Maintain tender records, sales reports, and client databases.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in tender management and sales.
- Knowledge of government and private tender portals.
- Experience in tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online tender portals.
- Ability to handle both tendering and sales responsibilities independently.
- Experience in the construction, civil engineering, or waterproofing industry will be preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
