Process corporate and commercial banking servicing request accurately and within agreed timeline and accuracy. Maintain complete case records validate customer instructions and coordinate with managers and specialist teams
Log and track request, identify the correct customer account product and servicing root. Validate mandates and signotarys for corporate and commercial banking account maintainance address name change and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Working knowledge of business current/ deposit accounts
mandates, authorized signotories, accoutn opening and maintainance payments standing orders and cheque servicing.
