*Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

*Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat

*Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

*Provide accurate information about products and services

*Maintain customer records and update databases regularly

*Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

*Meet customer service targets and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Good communication skills

*Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

*Ability to work in a team environment

*Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic procedures is required.

*Hair & Skin Experience is Mandatory.
