- Monitor branch operations and performance.
- Guide branch teams in achieving business targets.
- Coordinate with Branch In-Charges and management.
- Support business development and overall branch growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in banking, NBFC, gold finance, or old gold buying is preferred.
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing branch operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Major cities: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Other locations: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
