Job Summary:

A Civil Engineering Head of Department (HOD) drives the strategic vision, technical standards, and execution across interior fit-out, structural design, and general construction. They oversee teams, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, and liaise with architects, contractors, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction & Infrastructure

- Project Oversight: Managing large-scale construction projects and ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to protect both workers and the public.
- Site Management:Coordinating resource allocation, material procurement, and supervising contractors to prevent logistical bottlenecks in office.

Structural & Civil Design

- Design Strategy: Setting design standards and methodologies across the department for structures, roads, and buildings.
- Structural Integrity:



Verifying that aesthetic or interior designs do not compromise the load-bearing or foundational integrity of the building.
- Review & Sign-off: Controlling and signing off on all technical deliverables, including blueprints, surveying reports, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documents.

Interior Design & Fit-Outs

- Space Planning & Aesthetics: Ensuring internal spaces are laid out optimally, keeping user wellbeing, ergonomics, and the client's vision in mind.
- ** MEP Integration:** Coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts perfectly so that interior fit-outs fit exactly as intended.
- Finishes & Procurement: Guiding the selection of high-quality, sustainable finishing materials, fixtures, and furniture for architectural interiors

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
