Position: Nursing Superintendent
Location: Waidhan, District Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹70,000–1,00,000 per month
Experience: 15 years of overall nursing experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent / Assistant Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage nursing staff across hospital departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and clinical management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the overall nursing department and daily nursing operations.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices, and patient safety.
- Lead, guide, and monitor nursing staff across various departments.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing requirements, and ensure adequate nurse-patient ratios.
- Monitor nursing performance, discipline, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare standards.




- Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular nursing audits, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain nursing documentation and ensure proper implementation of clinical protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM (as per hospital requirements).
- Minimum 15 years of overall nursing experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working as Nursing Superintendent (NS) or Assistant Nursing Superintendent (ANS).
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital nursing administration and clinical protocols.
- Ability to manage large nursing teams and ensure quality patient care.
